Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom and personalised orders
All items in the shop are available. We also take orders for personalised words and phrases, as well as shapes and sculptures. Please get in touch with your idea. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24hrs.
Sizing details
We work with different wire thicknesses and gauges – if you want one of our designs (or one of your own) in a different weight, just ask!
Care instructions
Soft black iron wire is uncoated so will oxidise and rust over time, which creates a lovely texture and colour for the piece and especially if displayed outdoors.
Items displayed outdoors may leave rust marks on painted surfaces (doors) that are in contact.
Lettering costs
We're happy to create hand made words, phrases, lyrics etc.
Costs are around £2 per letter, with a minimum order of £6.
We can quote for all kinds of decorations, framed and unframed, including words, shapes, animals, line art and sculpture.
